Buying from SoCal Motorsports
SoCalMotorsports.com is an easy-to-use website with the convenience of 24-hour shopping from the privacy of your home or office. We have most items in stock, so you get the parts you order quickly. In addition to our everyday low prices, we make upgrading, maintaining, and accessorizing your vehicle affordable.
Low Price Guarantee
We will match or beat any legitimately advertised price on this same product provided that ALL of the following conditions are met before the purchase is made: we are sent a link or way to get to the advertisement in question (i.e., a website address, an eBay auction #, etc.) (we will not otherwise search for this information, nor call the dealer in question for a quote), the seller of the product is an "Authorized Dealer" for the manufacturer of the product, the product is new (never been opened), the seller of the product has the item in stock in one of their facilities (not the manufacturer or wholesale company) for immediate delivery, the product is not listed in error, the product is not stolen, the product is not a factory refurbished or open box item, the advertisement is not listed as a sale, clearance, or close-out item. Special group-buy or club/forum pricing listings are taken on a case by case basis, and all information pertaining to the product in question must be presented to SoCal Motorsports before an item is purchased with SoCal Motorsports. A list of "Authorized Dealers" is usually located on the manufacturer's site or available through their customer service extension. The addition of CA state sales tax is not included as part of our Low Price Guarantee. Products shipped to a CA address will have state sales tax of 7.75% added to the price.
Shipping Information
In Stock Items
Items we have in stock are usually shipped the same business day. The order must be placed, payment verified, and security cleared by 3:00pm EST. Merchandise is shipped complete, properly packaged, and fully insured. Occasionally, if an "In Stock" item is oversold or unexpectedly back-ordered, we will order the part from the manufacturer and have it on the way to you as soon as the item becomes available.
Out of Stock Items
Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case, payment will be secured for the entire amount of the order as a 100% deposit, and the "Out of Stock" Item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as the merchandise becomes available, it will be shipped complete, properly packaged, and fully insured. Usually, these items ship within one to two weeks, or in the case of an extended back-order, please allow up to 6 to 8 weeks. If immediate availability is a concern, please call and we will stock-check the item at one of our facilities and/or the manufacturer.
Shipping Service and Delivery Times
Normal Ground Service estimated regional delivery times are as follows:
WESTERN USA - 1 to 3 business days*
CENTRAL USA - 3 to 5 business days*
EASTERN USA - 5 to 7 business days*
CANADA - 7 to 15 business days*
INTERNATIONAL - 4 to 8 weeks* (Quicker S/H is available)

Expedited Services (Next Day, Two Day, and Three Day delivery)
Please keep in mind that selecting Next Day, Two Day, or Three Day services DOES NOT GUARANTEE shipments will be delivered in the selected amount of time. Expedited orders are subject to the same quality control and security clearance procedures as non expedited orders, so despite our best efforts, we may not be able to ship expedited orders the same day they are placed.
Once shipped, the carrier guarantees the following:

Special Handling Items
Special Handling Items are large or bulky items that incur much higher shipping costs than Non-Special Handling Items (i.e., superchargers, hoods, running boards, etc.). Discounts or Promotions on freight charges do not apply to Special Handling Items. Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping services are not available for Special Handling Items. Some large or heavy items may need to be shipped via truck freight, so please be aware of any special notes or lengthy availability times that may apply to these items.
Returning An Item For Refund Or Exchange
SoCal Motorsports will gladly accept returns under these guidelines:
Unused, uninstalled items, or items determined to be defective, may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Some specialty items such as superchargers, hoods, running boards, etc. are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for ALL freight charges incurred with all returns or exchanges. You must call SoCal Motorsports and have a Sales Representative approve your return and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused. All Returns must have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. All returns are subject to a minimum of a 5% processing fee.
It is the customer's responsibility to see to it that any item returned to SoCal Motorsports is insured to protect from loss. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier, NOT with SoCal Motorsports. Unauthorized customer returns, or returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered, will not be "tracked down" and are not the responsibility of SoCal Motorsports. Returns sent without an RMA number are subject to restocking fees up to 25% of your purchase price. All fees/charges SoCal Motorsports incurs for returns will be passed onto the customer. These fees are in addition to all applicable restocking fees. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the return guidelines stated above.
Regardless if a RMA # is obtained, when a product is returned to SoCal Motorsports under false pretenses (i.e., a claim of manufacturer defect, incomplete part, product does not fit, etc.) the customer will be charged all applicable restocking/re-boxing fees. The customer will also be responsible for paying all charges and fees for the return of the product to the manufacturer or distributor. Keep in mind, some specialty items such as superchargers, hoods, running boards, etc. are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. If for whatever reason a specialty item is returned to SoCal Motorsports, it will be held at our facility until the customer agrees to pay for ALL re-boxing and shipping & handling fees back to them. All returns that are left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be destroyed.
Cancellations
To cancel an unshipped order, please call and speak directly to a SoCal Motorsports Sales Representative. Cancellations are not accepted through email, or voicemail message. Cancellation requests on orders that have already shipped fall under the return guidelines stated above. Orders on Special Handling items or Special Order items are not cancelable under any circumstance (i.e., superchargers, running boards, bull bars, etc.). All cancellations are subject to a minimum of a 5% processing fee, regardless if an order has shipped.
Items refused by the customer are subject to restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price and all shipping & handling charges will not be refunded. If the customer changes their mind about a cancellation, they must pay for the return shipping & handling.
Warranty
Defective items under warranty may be returned for replacement. All warranty packages must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from a SoCal Motorsports and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. RMA numbers expire 30 days after they are issued. Warranty related returns, without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number, will be refused or held until the customers pays for the shipping & handling back to the customer. All Returns must have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. It is the customer's responsibility to see to it that any item returned to SoCal Motorsports is insured and trackable to protect from any damage or loss. Warranty related returns must be sent back in their original box/container and include all of the original contents (product(s), installation hardware, installation instructions, etc.). The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a warranty.
Any damage, loss or missing claims must be made with the carrier, NOT with SoCal Motorsports. Only items authorized for warranty service will be processed. Unauthorized customer warranties or warranty items that do not meet warranty criteria as stated by the manufacturer will be denied and returned if requested, at the customer's expense. Unclaimed denied warranty returns will be destroyed. Warranty returns that are mis-shipped, mis-packaged, or mis-delivered will not be "tracked down" and are not the responsibility of SoCal Motorsports. SoCal Motorsports is only responsible for product replacement. No other responsibilities or warranties are expressed or implied.
New Vehicle Warranties And Your Rights
Most properly installed products will not void your original vehicle manufacturer's warranty. However, if you experience a problem with an uncooperative dealership point out the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty - Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act. It has been established that a dealer may not deny warranties for new vehicles, unless the warranty claim results from the installation of specialty equipment. In fact, warranty-related materials published by the new vehicle manufacturers state that the installation of aftermarket parts have no effect on the warranty unless such equipment causes the warranty claim. Nonetheless, some dealers have improperly denied warranty claims even though the claim had nothing to do with aftermarket parts.
SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) is very interested in hearing about any cases that have gone to court and any opinions that have been issued from courts on this issue. It is their hope that they will be able to use these court opinions to encourage the vehicle manufacturers to properly instruct dealers on the appropriate circumstances for denial of warranty claims. General Company Policy as Stated on Invoice
SoCal Motorsports' liabilities are limited to providing the correct product based on the vehicle information supplied by the purchaser, the corresponding product information supplied by the manufacturer, and the fair representation of our advertising. Installation and safe use of the products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. SoCal Motorsports supports, yet is limited to, all manufacturers' warranties. SoCal Motorsports reserves the right to approve all cancellations and returns. Please call and speak directly to a SoCal Motorsports Sales Representative to cancel or return an order. Cancellations and returns are not accepted through email, or voicemail message. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking and/or re-boxing fee. Authorization to return a product expires after 30 days.
